I must say, I fell in love with traveling to Malaysia ever since I found it so convenient to cross the boarder by just staying in our vehicle. Of course it come with a price tag as we are paying taxi fare instead of bus fare. If we are able to find enough kakis (friends), we will be able to break down our cost and travel together. For our 2 days 1 night trip, we engaged Soar Agency as our Transportation company. Soar Agency charged us Sin$600 for point to point pick up and additional Sin$100 if we need driver to be with us for sightseeing. We need to tell him where we wanted to go. For stay, Soar Agency find us a B&B for only Sin$130. This apartment located in Alantis, has 2 huge bedrooms and 1 spacious living room. One bed room has room for 5 beds and the other 4 beds. That suit us as there are 9 of us. So overall, we paid Sin$93 each for this trip. (Transport and stay). I think it is very worth. Decided to head to JB for a short retreat for 3 of us. Booked the personalised taxi from Soar Agency Transportation. Paid Sin $180 for pick up from NE Singapore, from my doorstep to KSL, KSL to Aeon Tebrau and Aeon Tebrau to Singapore up to our door step. City view from 25th level of KSL Hotel and Resort. Aeon Tebrau shopping mall, JB Malaysia We read that this Mall is twice the size of Aeon Bukit Indah. Though I was able to read blogs on how big it is, I was not able to find its directory. AEON may have its website but I just cannot find its tenant list. So here is the tenant list that I manage to get when I was there recently. Though they have only 3 level, it is big enough for us to walk the whole day, practically shop until we drop. 190927 KSL Johore Bahru, Malaysia Decided to have a family getaway in JB for 2 days one night.  Staying a night at KSL Hotel Resort. Spot this offer from Agoda at $67 for a room of 3. Superior room. I paid only $30 as I have some credit points in my account. Upon check in, the hotel staff upgrade us to a deluxe room. He told me by having a deluxe room, I get a higher level. We were assigned the 25 floor. Yes room with city view that I requested. Very nice. Well, this hotel is quite basic. I think it is good because since it is basic, they do not withhold any deposit from us. I like this. The room provide the basic necessities like toothbrush, towels, tea/coffee making facilities and inroom safe. Besides, room is spacious and beds comfortable.
