Birding Journal - Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve 20th Aug 2022.
Weather forecast : Rainy moring and afternoon. The iconic image of Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve (SBWR) look out point. If I am not wrong, this look out point design can only be found in Sungei Buloh. It has viewing windows for us to watch wildlife without being too obvious to the them. So if someone see this picture, they will know it is at SBWR. SBWR was our favourite Npark before the Covid19 restriction days. We used to spot different kinds of birds and wildlife at the coastal walk, Kranji Trail (between visitor centre to the bird watching wetland centre). Then with Covid19 restriction, families from young to old, started to visit here. The place became very noisy and crowded with human beings. The mangrove trial is so crowded that we need to "queue up" to walk from one end to the other. Needless to say, we can no longer spot any wildlife here, common... which wildlife would wanted to be around human beings? Perhaps monkeys? LOL. After 2 long years - this was our 3rd tri...
